RSH offers an event catering service as well as an artisanal gourmet delicatessen. Based in Crissier, in the canton of Vaud, RSH is a family-owned business that has been operating for over 20 years. At its helm are two chefs, Lazare Saguer and Michel Hug, former head chef and sous-chef of prestigious restaurants such as the Hôtel de Ville de Crissier.
