Getting to Palexpo
Palexpo is an international exhibition and convention centre in the heart of Europe, perfectly located just a stone’s throw from Geneva Airport.
It is also easily accessible from the city centre thanks to numerous train and bus connections, offering the very best connectivity for all your events.

By public transport
Palexpo is just a 10-minute walk from the Geneva Airport train station, with numerous connections to the whole of Switzerland: Geneva in less than 10 minutes, Lausanne in 40 minutes and Zurich in less than 3 hours. You can also reach Palexpo easily thanks to the many bus routes in and around Geneva.
By car
Car park P12 has 1,500 parking spaces available, several of which are reserved for people with reduced mobility. Once car park P12 is full, drivers will be directed to other parking spaces.
If you come in an electric vehicle, there are four fast charging stations (20 kW) installed on level -1. These are accessible to both SIG-MOVE network subscribers and occasional visitors. Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.
By plane
Access for people with reduced mobility
Palexpo is committed to providing an inclusive welcome for all visitors, including those with reduced mobility. We make every effort to ensure that everyone has a smooth, comfortable and accessible experience for the duration of their visit.
The entire site is fully accessible, with wide corridors suitable for wheelchair users.
Lifts and adapted toilet facilities are strategically located throughout the entire building.
A covered car park with 1,500 spaces is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility are located near the lifts for easy access.
Drop-off zones are available at the main entrances, upon request.
Manual wheelchairs are available free of charge upon request: service.securite@palexpo.ch
These must be used either independently or with help from an assistant.
Wheelchairs must remain inside the site and be returned each day.
Certified assistance dogs are welcome throughout the site.
You may be asked to provide ID at the entrance.
An outdoor area is available near the main entrances for their comfort.
The security staff at Palexpo are trained to assist people with reduced mobility to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
In case of emergency, specific evacuation procedures are in place for people who are unable to use the stairs.
All buses serving Palexpo are wheelchair accessible.
Most public transport in Geneva (buses, trams, trains) is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
There are several hotels located near Palexpo or which are easily accessible by public transport.
Most offer rooms suitable for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair-accessible rooms.
