General Information
Palexpo is Geneva’s international exhibition and convention centre. Palexpo hosts exhibitions, congresses, shows and sports competitions over an area of 106,000 m². We have hosted Davis Cup matches, the Laver Cup, the International Horse Show, as well as professional events such as Watches & Wonders Geneva, INDEX – the nonwovens trade fair, or EPHJ – the watchmaking and microtechnology subcontracting trade fair. We even hosted a Papal mass in 2018.

Palexpo is accessible by car, train and public transport. Located a few minutes walk from Genève Aéroport and its train station and 15 minutes by bus from downtown Geneva. For more information, click here.
1,500 spaces are available for our visitors and exhibitors in the P12 parking lot, including spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. If you come by electric car, there are four quick charging stations* (20kW) installed on level -1 of the P12.

Exhibitors
Exhibitor participation is handled directly by the event organizer.
To take part, please contact the person listed in the event description in the “Agenda” section of our website.
If you are an exhibitor, you can order your services (carpeting, technical services, etc.) via the Palexpo online shops.
All online shops are accessible here: Shops – Palexpo, using the login details that were provided to you.
For any changes to your stand or its size, please contact the organizer of the relevant event directly, as they are responsible for these requests.
If you are exhibiting at a Palexpo-organized event (Les Automnales, Art Genève, autoXpérience Genève, the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, salon du livre, INDEX), you can create your badge(s) and those for your team via your exhibitor account once your deposit invoice has been paid.

The number of badges allocated depends on the size of your stand.

If you are exhibiting at another event, please contact the relevant event organizer directly.
For any questions regarding an invoice issued by Palexpo, please contact us at info@palexpo.ch, and our team will get back to you.
Requests for invitation letters must be sent directly to the organizer of the relevant event, who will guide you through the process.
Visitors
Contact us at +41 (0)22 761 11 11; we will tell you if we have found your lost item. Two weeks after an event, all lost and found items will be forwarded to the Geneva lost and found office.
It depends on the event. You should consult the practical information section of the event’s website to verify this.
No, animals are not allowed.
Assistance dogs are permitted. They must be properly identified as such, and the owner must present the corresponding official documents.
Yes, an ATM is available during events.
Medias
Yes, you need to be accredited to participate in events organised by Palexpo. Accreditation is usually done online on the event’s website. Accreditation procedures are different for each event.
