Concours Hippique International de Genève – 100 years

Year after year, it attracts the best riders and drivers on the planet to Palexpo, the biggest indoor arena on the global circuit, boasting a floor area of nearly 5,000 square metres.

Named the world’s best horse show on ten occasions, the CHIG is one of the four majors of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping, along with the Dutch Masters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NED), the CHIO Aachen (GER) and the Spruce Meadows “Masters” in Calgary (CAN).

The CHIG will be celebrating its 100 years of existence on 9-13 December. Comprising five days of international competition, one more than usual, the programme features the return of several spectacular events that have helped forge the horse show’s identity over the years. Its loyal spectators can also expect a host of new attractions and innovations, both inside and outside the Palexpo arena.
