The Pavilion is an innovative venue designed to host congresses, conferences, corporate events, and small exhibitions under optimal conditions. Located at the heart of Hall 1, this multifunctional space will be available starting in 2028.
With 4,000 m² fully equipped – sound, lighting, modular seating, and ancillary rooms – The Pavilion offers a flexible capacity of 1,000 to 4,000 seats and enables rapid configuration changes, significantly reducing setup and dismantling times.

Palexpo and its expertise
Palexpo offers organizers a wide range of services to support every stage of their event. More than 200 employees, representing 50 different professions, ensure on-site coordination and logistics. From catering to setup, including security and technical services, a dedicated team oversees smooth operations before, during, and after the event.
