A true pillar of the organisation, the technical coordinator plays a key role in ensuring strict, careful management of equipment and smooth coordination between the various parties involved. They provide technical support for everything you might need: sound, lighting, video, infrastructure, energy, decoration, signage, heating, security and logistics.
Drawing on their expertise, they will:
• advise you on the best practices and solutions to meet your needs,
• supervise the technical teams and external service providers,
• make sure all the necessary equipment is available, working properly and installed correctly,
• assist with planning for setting up and dismantling the event, and
• provide you with support throughout your event to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
