 | A Business Center is permanently at the disposal of GENEVA PALEXPO’s users.
Based on the 1st floor of the office building, it can even be installed in the exhibition halls, right at the heart of the events. The service is provided in partnership with the company NewWorks.
The progress made in ICTs virtually makes it possible to travel around with one’s office in one’s briefcase. The Hot Spot at GENEVA PALEXPO (see our Newsletter No. 2 ) greatly facilitates wireless connections. However, not everybody is totally familiar with or 100% expert at these technologies, and technical progress does not yet enable one to carry on one’s person a colour photocopy machine or a binding machine.
So the customers of GENEVA PALEXPO are offered a whole range of services: workstations with Microsoft software, broadband Internet access, black-and-white and colour printing and photocopies, fax – all on a self-service basis.
Our partner - the company NewWorks – can, in addition, perform more demanding tasks within very short deadlines 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, such as the creation, digitalization, printing and binding of documents. All of which are easy to do in one’s own office but sometimes complicated when on the move. But we would like our customers to feel at home when they are at GENEVA PALEXPO!
