| The Executive Committee of the Orgexpo foundation, responsible for the management and promotion of GENEVA PALEXPO, has named Claude Membrez for the post of director general. He will take over the position by the end of 2004. |

Graduate of the hotel management college in Lausanne with the benefit of a certificate of company management ( HEC - University of Lausanne ), Claude Membrez (aged 39) has occupied management and director positions in the hotel industry in Switzerland, France and Canada. From the launch of the project in 1997, he has been responsible for the management of the exhibition center "Fribourg Forum" and has managed the operation since the launch in 1999. This experience has made him branch specialist and a sought after man in the field.
Claude Membrez will take over the position by the end of 2004. His first mission will consist of managing and developing the activities of GENEVA PALEXPO, while overseeing the retention of knowledge and the harmonious running of existing events. The general management of the International Motor Show remains in the hands of his president, Claude F. Sage, as has been the case since February 2004.
The president of the Orgexpo foundation, Christian Meyer, is delighted: "We are fortunate to have found the right man for the job after several months of uncertainty and the loss of Telecom. I am confident for the future: with his experience and that of the very professional team he is taking over, Claude Membrez will certainly put the exceptional qualities of the infrastructure and services of GENEVA PALEXPO to good use."
