Description: Some 10’000 professional visitors are expected to meet exhibitors of food products and beverages, hotel equipment, materials and equipment, tableware, bakery, pastry, confectionery and coffee on 10’000 m² of exhibition space.
A dynamic event, the exhibition will swing to the rhythm of animations and cooking demonstrations performed by famous chefs. The highlights will certainly be the Swiss selection for the Bocuse d’Or and The Geneva International Pastry Trophy, which will bring together the most promising young talents in Switzerland.
